For those of us who enjoy buying and/or selling items should always remember the lesson Wahlberg communicates. Possessions may be nice, but people are the ones that really matter.
Personally, I have much fonder memories of co-workers and guests who touched my life than I have of meeting revenue targets. As online sellers it does become a challenge to have that personal touch. I know that I have interacted with online customers who have experienced the death of a loved one. Others have celebrated special occasions. I love it when I am part of these life experiences.
