This image was sent to me by one of our customers.  It does not make me happy.  I guess the USPS defines fragile as to throw around, kick, and drop until contents break.

I just hope the FedEx guy in this video never delivers any of my packages.  The package in the video is a clearly identified video monitor.  The customer indicated that he was home at the time with his door open.

Having a business that I run out of my house puts me in control of most aspects of my business.  I sell what I want to sell.  I design my own listings.  I personally interact with my customers.  I package my products.
